How to customise:

Once you proceed to the checkout there is a note section to add your customisation details. If you are ordering more than one product, please specify which name belongs to which product. Please email hello@raineandrose.co.nz for any changes. If you are adding specialty beads or charms please specify in the notes which product to add this to if you order more than one product. There is a maximum of 10 letters for customisation. Bead placement is randomised but you can request a specific style if desired. 

Due to the personalised nature of this product, there is a 5-7 business day turn around. We aim to get products shipped asap.
